Lihue Airport (LIH), located right on Kauai’s eastern coast in the commercial and government city of Lihue, is the Garden Island’s only airport. However, while commercial fliers have to first stop at Honolulu International Airport (HNL) or Kona International Airport at Keahole (KOA) before boarding an inter-island flight, private fliers can charter anything from a small turboprop plane to a long-range jet straight to Lihue. The only suggestion I can make would be that when sending revised itineraries or updated information is that somehow you reference what is new or updated info. Steve made sure we had everything we needed. The travel arrangements were made easily and were efficient. 3 friends and myself had our first experience with flying private with Stratos. The food provided was delicious, the limo and transportation was perfect, and the entire experience was well worth the money. A special thank you to Pilot Dan! He was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable. Definitely a memorable experience. Stratos is my go to place when flying private from this point forward.

This flight including the initial contact with Stratos, the booking, the flight prelims, the flight itself including the crew, and off-loading after our on-time arrival was as close to perfect as it's possible to get. Stratos did a great job of finding the appropriate flight and handling the payment and booking as well as keeping us informed of pertinent details as flight time arrived. In summary, great flight and a great job by Stratos!

Garrett is fantastic to work with. He is kind, responsive and you can tell he really cares about his customers. I worked with a different company on our way to our destination because Garrett could not find a plane. The agent at that company did not compare favorably to Garrett. I would highly recommend Garrett.

Everything was lovely, no hiccups. One piece of advice, when travelling to Turks and Caicos, make sure you have a clear address for your destination. The customs officer held us for twenty-five minutes trying to figure out where we were staying. That was a little frustrating, but it all worked out. We will most definitely use Stratos for our next trip.

Probably to save on hotels for crew (Wisconsin would be cheaper than Toronto). Weather did not cooperate so cost us half an hour. Not the end of the world, but still an annoyance that could have been avoided.

Garrett did a great job once again. He ALWAYS responds quickly and you can tell he really wants to please. He tried very hard to get us overflight permission and this time he was not able to but I knew that he tried hard. We had the same flight crew as we had last time and we really like them. They are very professional and very friendly.
