If you happen to be in the area outside of Bilbesta, which typically happens in October, Allen County is also home to a renowned Veteran’s Day Parade, Farm City Days, Humboldt Historic Days, the Allen County Fair, Elsmore Day, Moran Day, and regular performances at the Bowlus Fine Arts Center.
