Once the giveaway application submission window has closed, all applications will be reviewed, evaluated and judged.
Evaluation Criteria
Applications will be evaluated based on experience relative to the criteria established, while the essay will be evaluated based on clarity, supporting evidence, and passion.
Selection Method
To ensure impartiality, using a blind review process, judges may review essays without knowing the identity of the authors.
Scoring System
Each application section is scored, including your experience, booking volume, and, most importantly, your essay. While experience is valuable, it’s not the sole factor. Your passion and vision, showcased in your essay, carry significant weight. Even early in your career, a strong essay can boost your score and position you as a contender. 40 points is the maximum number of possible points obtainable.

The five applicants with the highest overall score(s) are chosen as brokerage owners.
