Gulfstream G280

On September 3, 2012, Gulfstream officially announced that the FAA certified the super mid-sized Gulfstream G280. This newly designed G280 model, which replaced the G200, has been regarded as the best-in-class-aircraft of its category. With its highly improved performance features, advanced technology, and outstanding passenger comfort, the G280 has surpassed all other super mid-sized business jets in more ways than one.

Gulfstream certainly went above and beyond to carefully engineer the G280 to reach its highest potential. With a maximum long range of 3,600 nautical miles at a maximum operating speed of Mach .85, passengers can fly effortlessly from New York to London or New York to Los Angeles without a fuel stop. The newly installed transonic wing design and fuel-efficient Honeywell engines enhanced the G280s field performance tremendously. Able to depart from runways as small as 4,150 ft and climb to a maximum altitude of 45,000 ft, exemplifies just what this jet aircraft can do.
