You are the best!!
Please accept my apology for not writing sooner, but some personal issues took a great deal of time. I want to thank you and your team for absolutely flawless handling of a very difficult position. Your ability to handle the need for a new plane , after ours was unable to fly, the same day was in and of its own spectacularly. However, your arrangements for lunch and transportation for our time necessary to wait for the new plane was wonderful. Separately, the crews of both planes were very helpful and polite with all of us in what can be a difficult situation. We all got home late but in fine spirts and safely with everyone complimenting crew and your efforts. We have travelled with you a number of times and I can only say it is for good reason, you are the best!!

End to End Logistics every time

Operator Experience
Great company to work with. Rodney, in trip support gave us all the details we needed in a timely fashion. Passengers were on time and it was overall a great flight! The accounting department is always great to work with. My only negative feedback would be, the computer system that sends the trip updates sends multiple emails. For our operation it would be helpful for the communication to stay in one email thread.

As always, Equipment and crew just terrific which resulted in a most pleasant flight!! One Complaint: the stocking (snacks & beverages) was very weak. One could mix their Mr. Tito's with Coke, Diet-Coke or Coke Zero and the chips had either passed their expiration date or were on the cusp. My 2 Cents, cc

Exceptional Service
As always, Stratos Jets provided exceptional service. They handled every detail seamlessly from securing the perfect aircraft to arranging catering and a rental car, making the entire experience, effortless and enjoyable. We highly recommend FlightGuard insurance. On this trip, we were grateful to have it in place. The original aircraft experienced an electronics issue, and thanks to Joel, we were quickly rebooked on an excellent replacement. FlightGuard made what would have been a stressful situation, smooth and worry-free.

Kyle is a great resource. He responds instantly and his advice is to be trusted.
Kyle and the team did a great job. Traveling with a 93 year old mother-in-law and a large dog is a challenge. Your team arranged the right equipment, a great crew and made our trip seamless. As you have done in the past and I trust will do in the future.
