Quick, accomodating, and professional service
Despite the client having numerous questions and changing requests, from departure date, time, and arrival FBO, Steve was helpful, informative, and made the appropriate arrangements to satisfy the client 100%.

Amazing service and response
I have never met Anthony, but based on his efforts over the years, I would hire him sight unseen. Best customer service. Period. I've gone with other carriers who promised lower price and got stranded. He's always found a way to accommodate even when challenges occur. Top notch.

Easy and fun.
I/we had never used a private charter previously. Compared to flying commercial, this was a stress free walk in the park. Danny Morejon was responsive and reliable, making sure that all of the parts were in the right place. I do have some significant complaints about side services (catering and car rental) but, may be out of Stratos control. Other than that, the flying experience and coordination were wonderful.

Comfort and Convenience
Our flight from Eagle,CO to Santa Barbara was a huge time saver for us. The Hawker 400XP was small but mighty. The inside was nicely appointed and clean. Thanks to the talented pilot and co-pilot, our flight was smooth and non-eventful. What more could you ask for? Stratos set this up for us and we are entirely grateful to Joel for the way he runs his business. He made sure that we knew when our plane had arrived in Eagle and followed our travels throughout our journey. Stratos is the best! I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Always a treat to have Stratos take care of the details
Joel is always responsive and helpful when it comes to planning our trips. We love working with him and his team. Our flight was perfect, great crew, nice clean equipment and we took off and landed on time. Can’t speak highly enough about Stratos. They take the stress out of travel!

Professional & friendly team from start (quotes/booking/confirmation/catering) to finish (flight crew/timely departure/offering help throughout flight/timely arrival).
I will continue to recommend Stratos to friends and business associates. Kyle Jones, the lead on my account, offers exemplary service and always with a smile (I think - I can't see it but I can sense it!). Great work The FBO @ SNA was complimentary of our flight crew for the curtesy they showed with noise abatement - sadly, this practice must not be typical.

NEVER LETS US DOWN

Great save
Our commercial flight was being delayed out of Asheville and there were no other flights that day or the next day. Finally at 8 o’clock at night we called Simon to see if he could come and pick us up. By 1030 we were on the plane and on our way home. It was amazing. Simon is, incredibly efficient and thoughtful. Great experience.

Pilots and flight and our flight agent were all fabulous, affable with flight safety prioritization!
The entire experience from beginning to end was “top flight”. My agent, Steve Stogner was extremely patient, diligent-to-a-fault and unyielding in his efforts to provide us with great service and prioritization of our safety, notwithstanding some difficulties with the inclement weather conditions and cell phone communication challenges due to our location in a remote wilderness area of the mountainous Northern Georgia Chatahoochie National Forest. The pilots were extremely professional, affable and ostensibly competent. In sum, I would enthusiastically recommend the Stratos Charter Jet service and overall private flight experience to anyone! Great response and deliver my AOG part ASAP!
Daniel was great. He arranged a charter flight at nearly midnight and was able to get my AOG part (in less than 12 hours from request) delivered to the plane. We fight fires with planes so thank you for helping us get back to scooping/dropping water quickly.

Great experience—very easy to book reservations!
Kyle was most helpful in planning this trip for my parents. From when we arrived at the FBO, until they made it to their final destination point, everything was perfect. The pilots were very kind, knowledgeable, and polite. I would highly recommend the Stratos Jets.
