Everybody was great. The plane could use a bit of a face lift, but since we were transporting eight animals, it was okay. I would definitely recommend Stratos to anyone who asks.

First time flying on a private plane. Knowing the exact layout inside & manner of boarding. Originally inquired about a Lear jet 35 & then confirmed a citation ll. Not a problem for me & my husband but for the 102 year old traveling with us was difficult to board as initial step into plane was 18 inches & the crew had to find a step stool. Steps were little and required several people to board & inboard her. The crew of Lance & Meagan were exemplary & would fly with them anytime

None. It was great. Had to go for a medical problem with my dad and Ricky was absolutely tremendous. I can't say enough good about him and how he handled things in a very difficult situation. the flight was awesome too. If I CAN ever justify the cost of flying private again like that Ricky and / or your company will get a call. Thanks so much.

I can't think of anything that wasn't handled perfectly. We'd like to extend a special thanks to the crew who were extremely helpful in loading and unloading the equipment.

Everyone involved was courteous and helpful in getting a last minute emergency trip arranged. However, the premise for using your services was to be GUARANTEED ARRIVAL by a SPECIFIC TIME. Neither the departure nor arrival was anywhere close to what was promised. Hence, our reasons for hiring Stratos to take us became unnecessary and a wasted expense

WE were told to go to First Aviation Services terminal at Teterboro but our plane was at another terminal so we wasted over 45 minutes trying to find our aircraft and our agent was not at all helpful. In fact he told us someone was coming to pick us up and they never came and we had to find someone to help us get to the terminal our plane was located at. The agent asked us for our rental car info but when we landed in Naples the rental car was not at the terminal and we had to find a ride over to the other side of the air field to get our rental car. The flight was great but the handling of the pre and post flight were below normal and not what I am used to when I fly private.

I think you all did a great job!!! If we book with enough notice, maybe a newer ride? Not to say that the Hawker we flew was not great.. Only my thoughts. Joe"
