This trip was unusual in that on the return there was a tropical storm that hit our area. We prefer to finalize our itinerary, plane and crew at least a week in advance. We did not get things completely final until the day of the actual flight. Secondly, we prefer to pay post-flight rather than pre-flight. You were able to make an exception in our case which was appreciated. Lastly, the quality of the catering service from STT was atrocious. It was inedible.

Our flight from Eagle,CO to Santa Barbara was a huge time saver for us. The Hawker 400XP was small but mighty. The inside was nicely appointed and clean. Thanks to the talented pilot and co-pilot, our flight was smooth and non-eventful. What more could you ask for? Pilot did a terrible job of synchronizing the engines. It was bad enough at one point that the two guest passengers were worried we would need an emergency landing. I have flown on Hawkers for 15 years now and never had that experience. Crew was very nice, but the pilot needs some instruction. It was very disconcerting.

Peace of mind!!! My family and I just completed our first charter on a private jet with Stratos. Good morning, Joel. I have been in the customer service business for 30 years as a realtor and previously customer service manager for a performing arts hall. I am very critical when it comes to customer service as so many companies who pride themselves being excellent fall short. I feel when it excels, it should be pointed out to their superior.
Falling short is certainly not the case with Kyle Jones and Leslie Jackson. This is my first experience with chartering a private plane. My 94 year old father and 92 year old mother are going to their favorite place in the world, the Beau Rivage hotel in Biloxi MS at Christmas time. A charter flight works so much better than the hassle of traveling commercial today.
Kyle was on top of everything for me and when I would send him a question via email the response was rapid fire. The same goes for Leslie. I don’t think it was more than 5 minutes before a response came back. Their friendliness, professionalism and knowledge is above par and you are extremely lucky to have them on the Stratos team.
My father insists he will be going again next year and I hope he is correct. I will contact Stratos for their traveling needs and hopefully work with both the wonderful Kyle and Leslie again.

And, just friendly and pleasant people to work with. One big thing was that our original operator's plane cancelled due to mechanical the day before our departure. We know that happens sometimes and not Stratos' fault. What was great was how quickly the Stratos team got us viable alternatives. Within probably an hour we had an alternate operator confirmed. We were very pleased how well Stratos reacted. And, the replacement craft and crew were top-notch as well.

This flight including the initial contact with Stratos, the booking, the flight prelims, the flight itself including the crew, and off-loading after our on-time arrival was as close to perfect as it's possible to get. Stratos did a great job of finding the appropriate flight and handling the payment and booking as well as keeping us informed of pertinent details as flight time arrived. In summary, great flight and a great job by Stratos!
