This was probably the 3rd flight that the weather conditions were disregarded and I was told the flight was safe and would be comfortable. While we did land safely, the known turbulence was so intense I left my seat at one point, was thrown from side to side (no vomit bags around) and I was needing to do every breathing technique known to keep myself calm and not hyperventilate. While the crew and all people involved are extremely professional, disregarding weather reports with a strong wind advisory is irresponsible not only for safety but for the customers comfort. I learned upon landing that other flights in that same airport had cancelled so why would mine fly even with the concern I expressed. Will the company lose money to reschedule? I will find it difficult to trust them in the future on any flight with weather advisories.

Joel and Stratos are amazing! He made sure our flight was tailored perfectly and was very responsive and always available for contact. They catered specifically to our needs with late notice. The pilots were fantastic and patient, especially considering we had three animals and arrived 10 minutes before take-off. They provided the smoothest flight in the Hawker we’ve ever taken. I wasn’t able to do the survey that is being done by google as I don’t have a google email and don’t want to set up another email account to be spammed to death. However, if I could have done the survey, I would have given Stratos Jets very high remarks and the reason would be because of the dealings I have with Kerry Hill. As I believe I told you when we met at the S&D last year, Kerry is the best and most considerate person I have ever dealt with from a Charter company. Not only her flight following in which she keeps me posted on everything from beginning to end but also her attention to all the other details for the reservation such as needs of transportation for passengers, insuring that the catering is ordered and delivered. She takes a lot of the weight and stress of my shoulders. If ever I have a question, she is quick to get me the answers I need. In my opinion, she is a very valuable asset to your company.

The only glitch was the catering from New Orleans to Las Vegas. I don't know how you could correct the issue, but we didn't receive exactly what we ordered -- plus, they did not provide us with utensils, plates and napkins.

Flight was for an elderly person and the tail number was provided a long time before the flight and I made sure the person flying had all the info written down by someone who could hear and got everything correct. Flyer had that until day before when tail number changed. I had to find someone who could hear me well and right down the correct info for the person traveling so he got it straight in his head and for driver.

I am very used to hiccups and miscommunications when traveling, but with this trip there were absolutely none. The flight crew was friendly, accommodating, and very good at what they do. The flight was probably the smoothest I've ever had. I know that depends on a lot of factors, but it definitely added to the experience.
