Just east of the park is South Beach State Park, popular for surfing. Although Martha’s Vineyard was named for the wild vines found on the island, very few wineries actually still exist on the island. The flight was excellent, 24 hours prior Sarah helped us with a departure window and the crew and FBO were really accommodating as we were running behind. Really nice Hawker 900XP nice pilots and smooth flight. Cant give enough praise to the Stratos process and ease.

Zach, was phenomenal from beginning to end! What was taking me a half-day to do Zach was able to complete efficiently in a few hours. He periodically made the process as smooth as possible, not to mention giving hourly updates. I would say that Stratos has a customer for life. I wouldn't recommend this plane that much though. One pilot was nice the other kinda ambivalent. The temp of the plane was either hot or cold and the electrical plugs not functioning. It was transportation only. But we are so happy to all be here with the rest of the family. it was worth the effort.

The entire experience from beginning to end was “top flight”. My agent, Steve Stogner was extremely patient, diligent-to-a-fault and unyielding in his efforts to provide us with great service and prioritization of our safety, notwithstanding some difficulties with the inclement weather conditions and cell phone communication challenges due to our location in a remote wilderness area of the mountainous Northern Georgia Chatahoochie National Forest. The pilots were extremely professional, affable and ostensibly competent. In sum, I would enthusiastically recommend the Stratos Charter Jet service and overall private flight experience to anyone! Glenn was excellent to work with. I spoke with several charter companies before choosing Stratos. Glenn is the reason I chose Stratos Jet to bring my elderly parents home during the initial break of the COVID-19. He was professional, knowledgeable and on top of every detail. This was our first experience with a charter flight and Glenn explained the entire process from start to finish which helped me keep my anxiety in check. My parents flew from Florida to Ohio without any issues. They said the aircraft crew were professional and confident and made them feel safe. The plane was basic, cabin was small so it was a little challenging for older people with limited mobility. My parents are short, 5'4 and 5'1 and both had to duck down to get on and off the plane and while inside the cabin. That being said, we were given the option of a more luxurious cabin but chose not to spend the extra money. Stratos took care of getting my elderly parents home quickly, safely and allowed us to minimize the risks of commercial flying at this time.

Eastern Air Services (crew and plane) were wonderful. Stratos micro obsession with baggage and weights was beyond logical and anything that I had ever experienced in prior charters. Turned out there was PLENTY of room in cargo for additional baggage and that my guests were no where near any weight limitation. The only reason I tolerated the craziness was the price differential. Next time, if they are not the best price I am going back to my regular charter companies. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thank you for taking the time to raise the issue of our team's insistence on passenger and baggage weight.  I share in the blame as I am a pilot (I fly a Pilatus PC12 and Beechcraft Bonanza for my family).  Understanding the performance limitations of an older King Air, the relatively short runway of 5000' at Wildwood and warm summer temperatures, we like to air on the side of caution.  Please know that I have developed processes at Stratos to ensure that every flight we organize is arranged exactly as I would for my own family's travels.  Safety First.
I hope that while these requests were a bit cumbersome, you see that it was done with the best intentions for the safety of your flight and I certainly hope that going forward, Stratos can earn the opportunity to serve you based on our commitment to excellence rather than a cost comparison.

Garrett is fantastic to work with. He is kind, responsive and you can tell he really cares about his customers. I worked with a different company on our way to our destination because Garrett could not find a plane. The agent at that company did not compare favorably to Garrett. As a charter operator, it is hard at times to work with Broker companies to get all of the information we need quick and efficiently back and forth to each other.
