Hi All -
I want to give you a stellar report on the plane, crew and service.  The pilots were attentive, friendly, familiar with the aircraft and enthusiastic.
The plane was in good shape, although the back right front facing seat has a little problem locking.  That was not a big deal, and it was the only squawk we could find.
The food service was also excellent.
The price could not be beat.  Kelley and I are looking at dates to do it again if we can get the same price.  I feel the value exceeded the cost.
Thank you all for what you all contributed to this being as fantastic as it was.  I appreciate the concerns that you voiced to me prior to the charter, but am happy to report that the company seems to be running smoothly with reliable aircraft.  I am a picky man, and was thoroughly satisfied and happy about everything involved.
Thank you again, and we look forward to working with you in the future.

Stratos helped us make an amazing memory … I flew my elderly parents (90+ years old) from SC to PA for the day to spend time with our entire family. Everything from the planning, scheduling and coordination was seamless and went off smooth and in time. The pilots were so kind and gracious with my parents and made the 1.5 hour flight enjoyable. The CEO was even kind enough to phone me to ensure that we had located our crew at the FBO just prior to departure. Glenn was excellent to work with. I spoke with several charter companies before choosing Stratos. Glenn is the reason I chose Stratos Jet to bring my elderly parents home during the initial break of the COVID-19. He was professional, knowledgeable and on top of every detail. This was our first experience with a charter flight and Glenn explained the entire process from start to finish which helped me keep my anxiety in check. My parents flew from Florida to Ohio without any issues. They said the aircraft crew were professional and confident and made them feel safe. The plane was basic, cabin was small so it was a little challenging for older people with limited mobility. My parents are short, 5'4 and 5'1 and both had to duck down to get on and off the plane and while inside the cabin. That being said, we were given the option of a more luxurious cabin but chose not to spend the extra money. Stratos took care of getting my elderly parents home quickly, safely and allowed us to minimize the risks of commercial flying at this time.

It was all great. The only problem even though the rental car was right there waiting for us, it had a terrible stale cigarette odor which was most uncomfortable for our journey home. That's not your fault but I would never rent from Hertz again.
