Although I was not a traveler for this trip, I organized the flight and was the point of contact. The communication and details from our agent made this first time use of Stratos Jet Charters very pleasant. I was able to reach out directly to Steve and he was very patient and helpful with all the questions I had from booking to payment. The memorable moment was with a delay in the departure. Booking was great, Kyle is wonderful a asset to your company. However the pilots were not. They were not there on time never offered an apology or explained as to why. When questioned they were extremely RUDE. I was told that the Pilots went to eat lunch so they kept myself and family waiting over an hour past wheels up time. I arrived at 12:30 for a 1:00 flight they arrived at 1:30 for a 1:00 flight with BAD attitudes

I have worked with quite a few different charter companies over the years and Stratos Jets has been the easiest to work with. I always work with Kerry Hill because she very professional, friendly, and is just down right awesome at her job. I often need last minute trips for my boss and she always gets back to me quickly regardless of what time of day it is. I truely feel she goes above and beyond to make sure every aspect of the trip runs smoothly and everyone is happy. I can't say enough about how much stress is taken out of booking these flights because I know Stratos and Kerry have everything I need covered.

Garrett is fantastic to work with. He is kind, responsive and you can tell he really cares about his customers. I worked with a different company on our way to our destination because Garrett could not find a plane. The agent at that company did not compare favorably to Garrett. I would highly recommend Garrett.
