The only suggestion I can make would be that when sending revised itineraries or updated information is that somehow you reference what is new or updated info. Either in the email or by highlighting the NEW info. Thank you for using Oak Air.

My experience with Joel and his team a Stratos was great! We had a little wrinkle in our trip when we were diverted from our destination to another airport. It had nothing to do with our flight. There was a disabled plan on the runway. We diverted to the other airport and waited briefly for word on when it would clear. Joel and his team were all over it. They had alternate transportation lined up for us, which, we didn't end up using and ultimately got back on the plane and went to our intended destination. There were no extra charges and we only lost about an hour. Our return trip was fast and uneventful. Stratos helped us find the right plane for our trip and kept us within our budget. Thanks Joel and team!

I have not arranged or travelled by private jet except to Lanai in Hawaii. My husband and i usually fly first or business so to ensure a good service and safety i contacted 4 brokers to ask for quotes, Randy Schuette provided more than a quote, he explained the whole process and his reassuring knowledge and attention to detail was the reason i used Stratos. The trip advisory team were then very informative, and responsive. The plane was beautiful and the pilots were very friendly. Always enjoy flying privately. Exciting from planning a trip to booking to flight(s). Predominantly use Stratos. Attentive and personal service. Joel Thomas was a great go to person. All subcontractors that they use have been top-notched. Only critique is I obtained better final pricing of the flight when I received quotes from other charter companies. Seems to be an industry thing about competitive pricing in order to obtain the best price. Yes I would recommend Stratos.

Booking was great, Kyle is wonderful a asset to your company. However the pilots were not. They were not there on time never offered an apology or explained as to why. When questioned they were extremely RUDE. I was told that the Pilots went to eat lunch so they kept myself and family waiting over an hour past wheels up time. I arrived at 12:30 for a 1:00 flight they arrived at 1:30 for a 1:00 flight with BAD attitudes
