Glenn and his team at Stratos were amazing. Unfortunately, the operator provided last minute communication of a delay that caused problems on the arriving end of the flight. The operator was aware of the delay the night before and failed to inform Glenn (and in turn, me). The drive from the San Jose, CR airport to my final destination was incredibly dangerous due to my having to drive at night. The stress of travel was significant to begin with. The poor communication and the delay into the final destination caused another whole level of stress which is understood when you travel commercially, but not when you spend $17K on a private jet charter.

Eastern Air Services (crew and plane) were wonderful. Stratos micro obsession with baggage and weights was beyond logical and anything that I had ever experienced in prior charters. Turned out there was PLENTY of room in cargo for additional baggage and that my guests were no where near any weight limitation. The only reason I tolerated the craziness was the price differential. Kyle Jones was terrific about answering all of my questions PROMPTLY. Stratos gave us the best price and was best about getting all info to us. I wrote to Kyle many times as I was extremely nervous about flying. He was always reassuring. Pilots were friendly and professional. Transport people wore masks and gloves and were kind. Plane was very clean and when I asked for more disinfectant wipes, I got them without being made to feel I was being too cautious. Take-off and landing were a pleasure as was the flight. The thunderstorm was scary but that was out of the pilots control

My agent was wonderful. However, my scheduled flight time was changed due to the owner wanting to use their plane. This change resulted in my missing an engagement. No discount was given to me for my inconvenience. The lack of observance of a signed contract was shocking and frankly showed a lack of integrity. I expect monetary compensation.

Good experience, although your emails sometimes look more as a marketing email than an itinerary revision. Still getting used to the sales force platform, but if I may give you guys a feed back, try to avoid too many colors and pictures on the email as they sometimes look like marketing/sales email then important information about the trip. I/we had never used a private charter previously. Compared to flying commercial, this was a stress free walk in the park. Danny Morejon was responsive and reliable, making sure that all of the parts were in the right place. I do have some significant complaints about side services (catering and car rental) but, may be out of Stratos control. Other than that, the flying experience and coordination were wonderful.

Our commercial flight was being delayed out of Asheville and there were no other flights that day or the next day.
