Its roughly 8,000 residents pride themselves on being good neighbors and welcoming to the hundreds of thousands of visitors they see each year. Hailey is beautifully situated amongst the Rockies in a green valley with the big Wood River running through it. It’s also known for attracting outdoorsy folks for both winter and summer activities. Winters are snowy and reach average low temperatures around 7 to 12 degrees Fahrenheit. Summers are hot during the day with average temperatures reaching into the mid-80s; however, the nights are cool and have been known to meet freezing temperatures. For centuries, the Coeur d’Alene and close Indigenous peoples visited the valley in the warm months. Later on, in the early 1800s, European fur-trappers discovered the area and by 1865, miners and settlers were breaking ground to make the area a permanent year-round home for themselves. Today, Hailey is no longer in the shadow of the nearby Sun Valley resort communities. It prospers with a mix of tourism, business, arts and recreation.

Everything was great. Prompt and clear comms about flight / craft options. Kept us informed about key status. Nice account website and live-links for details. And, just friendly and pleasant people to work with. One big thing was that our original operator's plane cancelled due to mechanical the day before our departure. We know that happens sometimes and not Stratos' fault. What was great was how quickly the Stratos team got us viable alternatives. Within probably an hour we had an alternate operator confirmed. We were very pleased how well Stratos reacted. And, the replacement craft and crew were top-notch as well.

Katie was great on very short notice. Here is were the 5th star was lost: No on board bathroom and I was not told about it. I specifically asked about quality of safety and maintenance by operator and got incorrect information initially; although there was no apparent problem .

Pilots Matthew and Jonathan were total sweethearts and very experienced, landing was beyond smooth.
