We were very disappointed in the catering service. The lobster was undercooked and the sevruga caviar we ordered turned out to be lumpfish. Which we did not eat. We intended to take all the food to our home with the lobster, which we were going to cook to make it suitable to eat, but when we arrived home discovered that our food had not been unloaded from the plane. The only thing we ate on the plane was a small piece of the lobster.

The lounge in Ft Lauderdale was very professional, comfortable, and accommodating. Pilot was a real gem who charmed my first time flyer guests who started out nervous but hugged him on the way out! Would not hesitate to recommend for charter needs.

I/we had never used a private charter previously. Compared to flying commercial, this was a stress free walk in the park. Danny Morejon was responsive and reliable, making sure that all of the parts were in the right place. I do have some significant complaints about side services (catering and car rental) but, may be out of Stratos control. Other than that, the flying experience and coordination were wonderful.

As always, your staff is a pleasure to work with, and are very good with their communication, etc. I (of course) wish we didn't have the snafu with your client cutting the trip short, only to change his mind - costing us an additional 3 hours of flight time (approx. $10,000) - since we cancelled a trip with another operator to accommodate his request to leave early. I think there should have been a consideration for a 2 hour cancellation fee or something there. We understand that this wasn't Stratos Jets' doing - but I believe your client should have been penalized in some way as he was informed we had another trip and he told us to cancel it to accommodate him. This was very disappointing (and financially detrimental) for us, especially as we had lowered the cost of the trip (in addition to removing all minimums) prior to booking. The only way it made sense for us to do that was to fly while sitting transient.

My boss recently travelled to Europe for the entire month of August. During that time his jet had mechanical issues and could no longer fly where he wanted. He had about 12 flights left in his trip around Europe and Stratos Jet Charters, especially Heather Latch, saved our lives. They were able to accommodate 90% of the trips he wanted at the time he wanted. She really was a life saver for myself and my boss. I had 15 piece band booked on a commercial airline that got cancelled due to weather. Every single flight for the next 2 days was sold out and the band was going to miss their performance. Thank to the Herculean efforts from Glenn and Joel, we were able to secure a flight for the following morning and get the band to Florida on time. Glenn was simply amazing with his follow-through, availability when I needed him and keeping an eye on everything.
