A city of nearly half a million people, Long Beach is just south of downtown Los Angeles, California. Long Beach has a rich and varied history of development. After the Indigenous people were forced to relocate due to a severe drop in population from exposure to European illnesses in the mid 1800s, the area experienced cattle ranching and sheep farming before it became a producer of oil. The city continued to see industrial success with the opening of the Ford Motor Company assembly line. Douglas Aircraft Company built several aircrafts, and it also became a popular port town providing employment in the fishing industry. With its warm winter temperatures (mid-60 degrees Fahrenheit) and even warmer summers (mid to high 80s), southern California’s Long Beach is an engaging seaside resort town with a plethora and eclectic mix of activities for locals and tourists.

Worked with Kerry Hill and as always, she delivered excellent service. First date departure had to be delayed due to a mechanical issue with the aircraft and she kept me well informed. When the revised departure date came, she worked continuously to get a hangar for the aircraft in order to help avoid costly de-icing then next morning. Can't say enough good things about Kerry and Stratos Jet!

Kyle was very nice and helpful, he made sure everything was in order and ready to go from beginning to end, really great costumer service. Aircraft was nice, well kept LearJet 40. Pilots Matthew and Jonathan were total sweethearts and very experienced, landing was beyond smooth. Only thing we weren’t so happy about was the fact that you could see some of the wear and tear of the years on the inside of the plane. Overall great experience!

Booking was great, Kyle is wonderful a asset to your company. However the pilots were not. They were not there on time never offered an apology or explained as to why. When questioned they were extremely RUDE. I was told that the Pilots went to eat lunch so they kept myself and family waiting over an hour past wheels up time. I arrived at 12:30 for a 1:00 flight they arrived at 1:30 for a 1:00 flight with BAD attitudes

He tried very hard to get us overflight permission and this time he was not able to but I knew that he tried hard. We had the same flight crew as we had last time and we really like them.
