The pilots were very kind and understanding. We had enough luggage capacity but the jet itself I thought was a little less luxurious than what I had imagined. All in all it was a good trip.

Glenn and his team at Stratos were amazing. Unfortunately, the operator provided last minute communication of a delay that caused problems on the arriving end of the flight. The operator was aware of the delay the night before and failed to inform Glenn (and in turn, me). The drive from the San Jose, CR airport to my final destination was incredibly dangerous due to my having to drive at night. The stress of travel was significant to begin with. The poor communication and the delay into the final destination caused another whole level of stress which is understood when you travel commercially, but not when you spend $17K on a private jet charter.

I had 15 piece band booked on a commercial airline that got cancelled due to weather. Every single flight for the next 2 days was sold out and the band was going to miss their performance. Thank to the Herculean efforts from Glenn and Joel, we were able to secure a flight for the following morning and get the band to Florida on time. Glenn was simply amazing with his follow-through, availability when I needed him and keeping an eye on everything. He was with me from the first phone call at 6:30pm until take-off the next morning at 10:10am. Thank you Stratos for saving the day!

First time flying on a private plane. Knowing the exact layout inside & manner of boarding. Originally inquired about a Lear jet 35 & then confirmed a citation ll. Not a problem for me & my husband but for the 102 year old traveling with us was difficult to board as initial step into plane was 18 inches & the crew had to find a step stool. Steps were little and required several people to board & inboard her. The crew of Lance & Meagan were exemplary & would fly with them anytime

Katie was great on very short notice. Here is were the 5th star was lost: No on board bathroom and I was not told about it. I specifically asked about quality of safety and maintenance by operator and got incorrect information initially; although there was no apparent problem .

Probably to save on hotels for crew (Wisconsin would be cheaper than Toronto). Weather did not cooperate so cost us half an hour. Not the end of the world, but still an annoyance that could have been avoided.

The only suggestion I can make would be that when sending revised itineraries or updated information is that somehow you reference what is new or updated info. Either in the email or by highlighting the NEW info. Thank you for using Oak Air.

I/we had never used a private charter previously. Compared to flying commercial, this was a stress free walk in the park. Danny Morejon was responsive and reliable, making sure that all of the parts were in the right place. I do have some significant complaints about side services (catering and car rental) but, may be out of Stratos control. Other than that, the flying experience and coordination were wonderful.

As always great coordination. I was not on the flight but rather my family and Stratos arranged everything. Even with a winter storm, my wife being delayed, De-icing and two sick kids on-board, Stratos updated me while I was over seas and I knew everything was handled without any issues. The pilots we super kind and accommodating and it made for a wonderful trip. All ground transport, catering and logistics went flawlessly and the Stratos team even arranged my ground transport meeting them from a commercial flight. Our company jet had a mechanical problem and we had a very important meeting that our passsengers had to make. Joel was able to locate and reposition an airplane for us in a matter of two hours. This was probably the 3rd flight that the weather conditions were disregarded and I was told the flight was safe and would be comfortable. While we did land safely, the known turbulence was so intense I left my seat at one point, was thrown from side to side (no vomit bags around) and I was needing to do every breathing technique known to keep myself calm and not hyperventilate. While the crew and all people involved are extremely professional, disregarding weather reports with a strong wind advisory is irresponsible not only for safety but for the customers comfort. I learned upon landing that other flights in that same airport had cancelled so why would mine fly even with the concern I expressed. Will the company lose money to reschedule? I will find it difficult to trust them in the future on any flight with weather advisories.

We were on a commercial flight from Detroit to Salt Lake City when part way into our flight we got notification from Delta app that our delay was going to cause us to miss our connection. We were on a long weekend for MLK to go skiing in Lake Tahoe. We were going to be rescheduled the following day, thus missing half of our vacation. I had email only, and emailed Garett asking if they had an operator in SLC who could get us to Tahoe that evening. Within 20 minutes he came back with two quotes. By the time we landed he had set up the flight, emailed me the number to the shuttle to get from Delta terminal to the private terminal, and did it all for a great price. To throw things off even more, we were set to fly to Tahoe, but Delta somehow got our bags on the flight to Reno that they said we couldn't make. So at the last minute we changed from Tahoe to Reno for a destination. By the time we took the shuttle to the FBO our flight plan was set and we took off within 10 minutes. It could not have been more seamless. It literally saved our vacation. Time is the most precious resource we have and time with family is even more precious. Our daughter is a senior and this is one of the last trips we'll have with her; it meant a lot, and Stratos savings our vacation, allowing us to create memories, means all that much more. Thank you!!
