Worked with Kerry Hill and as always, she delivered excellent service. First date departure had to be delayed due to a mechanical issue with the aircraft and she kept me well informed. When the revised departure date came, she worked continuously to get a hangar for the aircraft in order to help avoid costly de-icing then next morning. Can't say enough good things about Kerry and Stratos Jet!

It was all great. The only problem even though the rental car was right there waiting for us, it had a terrible stale cigarette odor which was most uncomfortable for our journey home. That's not your fault but I would never rent from Hertz again.

As always great coordination. I was not on the flight but rather my family and Stratos arranged everything. Even with a winter storm, my wife being delayed, De-icing and two sick kids on-board, Stratos updated me while I was over seas and I knew everything was handled without any issues. The pilots we super kind and accommodating and it made for a wonderful trip. All ground transport, catering and logistics went flawlessly and the Stratos team even arranged my ground transport meeting them from a commercial flight. I wouldn't recommend this plane that much though. One pilot was nice the other kinda ambivalent. The temp of the plane was either hot or cold and the electrical plugs not functioning. It was transportation only. But we are so happy to all be here with the rest of the family. it was worth the effort.

My boss recently travelled to Europe for the entire month of August. During that time his jet had mechanical issues and could no longer fly where he wanted. He had about 12 flights left in his trip around Europe and Stratos Jet Charters, especially Heather Latch, saved our lives. They were able to accommodate 90% of the trips he wanted at the time he wanted. She really was a life saver for myself and my boss. The company I represent was in a crisis situation where we needed to get halfway across the country within a matter of hours. The only available commercial flight was sold out and nothing would get us there in time. After doing some research, I found Stratos Jet Charters and called Joel at around 7 in the morning. He answered right away and were at the airport two hours later. Because it was a high stress situation in a short amount of time, I called Joel and his team countless times in a two hour window; they remained extremely professional and kind. Plus, Joel was able to get us an extremely competitive price, especially considering the short notice. I highly recommend using Stratos Jet Charters and know I will definitely use them again.

Peace of mind!!! My family and I just completed our first charter on a private jet with Stratos. My wife and I have been on a few of our friend’s charters before and I fly regularly on my company's aircraft but this was the first charter of our own. Everything was first class even though we not only left one of our bags on the plane but lost a wallet on the return trip (not on the plane), Matt Machokas was very helpful in assisting us in helping to resolve our problems. All pilots were great. Matt also arranged a flight for us because of a date issue I made with the return flight. He assisted in finding another plane to be sent so that we did not have to wait another day.
