As always great coordination. I was not on the flight but rather my family and Stratos arranged everything. Even with a winter storm, my wife being delayed, De-icing and two sick kids on-board, Stratos updated me while I was over seas and I knew everything was handled without any issues. The pilots we super kind and accommodating and it made for a wonderful trip. All ground transport, catering and logistics went flawlessly and the Stratos team even arranged my ground transport meeting them from a commercial flight. I cant say enough about the team and their personal pride and care for my family. Thank you again!

Garrett did a great job once again. He ALWAYS responds quickly and you can tell he really wants to please. He tried very hard to get us overflight permission and this time he was not able to but I knew that he tried hard. We had the same flight crew as we had last time and we really like them. I/we had never used a private charter previously. Compared to flying commercial, this was a stress free walk in the park. Danny Morejon was responsive and reliable, making sure that all of the parts were in the right place. I do have some significant complaints about side services (catering and car rental) but, may be out of Stratos control. Other than that, the flying experience and coordination were wonderful.

I have not arranged or travelled by private jet except to Lanai in Hawaii. After our flight, I sent an email to Joel Thomas (CEO) telling him about our experience. Joel called me last night to thank me for email. In part, my email to Joel said: Ernest Hemingway once said: "The best way to find out if you can trust somebody is to trust them". We trusted Stratos Jet Charters with our first charter flight, and the actions of all of your employees and contractors sustained our trust in Stratos. I told my wife when we were flying down: "Kyle (Jones) must sleep with his phone or computer on his pillow". It didn't matter when I called, texted, or emailed. Kyle always responded on a near immediate basis. Wow! Since this was our first charter, Kyle professionally and patiently walked us through the entire charter process with accurate, complete, and well-documented information. He seemed to always be a step ahead and in many, many cases, anticipated our questions and preemptively answered them. In a world where you hesitate to call a service provider or financial institution because you know you will be stuck on hold or in voicemail hell, it is indeed a breath of fresh air to find a company who communicates so very, very well and truly appears to care about their customers and the customer's experience with them. Most of my interaction was with Kyle Jones but I also had communications with Sandy Milam and she exhibited the same responsiveness as Kyle. The ground crews at Signature Flight Services at TEB and PBI were equally adept at continuing that service of excellence. Last but certainly not least, pilots Ernie Guido and Don Poskitt were the icing on the cake. As a former CEO of a professional services business, I know how important the client experience is and how communication is one of the very key components. I just wanted to be sure you heard about our experience from a very satisfied customer. Kudos to you and your staff.

Having used many charter companies before with mixed experiences, I can say with confidence that Stratos has the best service and highest level of professionalism of any of the charter services I have encountered. Most recently, we had an unfortunate last minute cancellation of a charter booked through another service, and Stratos came through at the last minute to find the right plane at the right price for us with under 24 hour notice. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism as well as their willingness and ability to go above and beyond to find the right charter for us - even as a first time customer.

Stratos offers the best overall value you can get for private air charter PERIOD. I have done tons of research and cost models and there is no better value. Joel and his team do all of the hard work for you. My family tried Wheels Up, local charter companies and App Based Deadhead charter and they were all really disappointing. All of these option look good but when you compare cost per hour, schedule flexibility and booking Stratos is always a better cost and value proposition. The equipment is always great (this trip was a Citation X with a beautiful brand new interior and every feature possible) and Stratos works around your schedule and exact needs. We have made all types of requests due to my young family and the Stratos staff and cabin crews are always so helpful and accommodating. They never have over sold us and always are sensitive to every need. Most importantly Joel only will put us with great operators. We were in and out of Aspen and safety was the number one concern and he always covers all aspects of the trip but safety first. Again, I can’t say enough about the Stratos experience and team.

With only a 15 hour window from my 1st request to Joel to wheels up, Stratos provided me with a great plane, rate and service. I texted from overseas and within 30 minutes had a quotations. With 2 hours Joel and his team came back with even better rates and we locked in the Flight! I am always amazed at the service and how they track every detail of the flight and my progress. Even though I am in a second tier city I get amazing flight options with Joel and his team. The equipment was a light jet with brand new soft goods and fantastic pilots.
