At last minute's notice I needed to find a private plane to get my elderly parents from Bangor, Maine to Atlanta. I googled charter companies and Stratos Charters was first to pop up. We did have a slight issue when the plane came in there was a mechanical concern that delayed my parent's trip but Kyle lined up aother plane for us so they could get to their destination with the least amount of inconvenience. The catering was delicious and the flight back went off without a hitch.

Our company attempted for 2 days to secure a private jet for our business trip out of Tucson, AZ to Ban Nuys, CA. Then I contacted Stratos Jet. This flight including the initial contact with Stratos, the booking, the flight prelims, the flight itself including the crew, and off-loading after our on-time arrival was as close to perfect as it's possible to get. Stratos did a great job of finding the appropriate flight and handling the payment and booking as well as keeping us informed of pertinent details as flight time arrived. The company I represent was in a crisis situation where we needed to get halfway across the country within a matter of hours. The only available commercial flight was sold out and nothing would get us there in time. After doing some research, I found Stratos Jet Charters and called Joel at around 7 in the morning. He answered right away and were at the airport two hours later. Because it was a high stress situation in a short amount of time, I called Joel and his team countless times in a two hour window; they remained extremely professional and kind. Everything was great. Prompt and clear comms about flight / craft options. Kept us informed about key status. Nice account website and live-links for details. And, just friendly and pleasant people to work with. One big thing was that our original operator's plane cancelled due to mechanical the day before our departure. We know that happens sometimes and not Stratos' fault. What was great was how quickly the Stratos team got us viable alternatives. Within probably an hour we had an alternate operator confirmed. We were very pleased how well Stratos reacted. And, the replacement craft and crew were top-notch as well.

From pre-trip planning to updates via text message on your way to the airport, Stratos had us covered. We made our way from Emirates @ JFK and the FOB transfer was easy. Joel had already updated Julie (my assistant) before we landed that there were long delays out of JFK due to weather. The transfer to FBO was easy and they were expecting us. The plane was comfortable and modern and the crew could not have been kinder. Thank you guys as always for a great trip. Flight was great and the crew took us right past the storms and my one year old son slept the whole trip; a much needed reprieve for my wife and I.

My representative Simon did a really good job explaining my options and arranging our charter. Disappointed our charter Was 30 minutes late due to routine maintenance. Since it was routine, obviously it should have been scheduled to not interfere with our flight schedule. One of the big reason for the charter was to avoid sitting around a lounge in the Covid era. Due to the delay, that’s exactly what we did. Small issues, but water wasn’t working in lavatory, cabin temperature was a bit erratic, and air vent dripped water. Crew was courteous and flight was fine.

The entire experience from beginning to end was “top flight”. My agent, Steve Stogner was extremely patient, diligent-to-a-fault and unyielding in his efforts to provide us with great service and prioritization of our safety, notwithstanding some difficulties with the inclement weather conditions and cell phone communication challenges due to our location in a remote wilderness area of the mountainous Northern Georgia Chatahoochie National Forest. I wasn’t able to do the survey that is being done by google as I don’t have a google email and don’t want to set up another email account to be spammed to death. However, if I could have done the survey, I would have given Stratos Jets very high remarks and the reason would be because of the dealings I have with Kerry Hill.  As I believe I told you when we met at the S&D last year, Kerry is the best and most considerate person I have ever dealt with from a Charter company.  Not only her flight following in which she keeps me posted on everything from beginning to end but also her attention to all the other details for the reservation such as needs of transportation for passengers, insuring that the catering is ordered and delivered.  She takes a lot of the weight and stress of my shoulders.  If ever I have a question, she is quick to get me the answers I need. In my opinion, she is a very valuable asset to your company.
