the ornate imperial apartments of the Hapsburgs and see the royal silver collection. The palace’s Sisi Museum features numerous artefacts once belonging to Elisabeth, the Empress of Austria and Queen of Hungary, who was assassinated in 1898. A cultural hub, Vienna is noted for its classical music affiliation, and once served as home to such renowned composers as Mozart, Beethoven, Schumann, Brahms, Bruckner, Haydn, Strauss and Mahler. The Vienna State Opera House, built in 1869, is home to the Wiener Mozart Ensemble and the Vienna Philharmonic, and hosts more than 50 operas as well as the exclusive Vienna Ball annually. Also known as the stomping grounds for famed psychoanalyst Fraud, Vienna’s other famous son is artist Gustav Klimt. You can see the largest and most important collection of Klimt’s works at the Belvedere Museum. Service and attention was excellant. Little disapointed in the interior room. Very cramped.It would be OK for a very short flight but longer than 1 hour would need more interior room with adquate bathroom facitlies.

We were very disappointed in the catering service. The lobster was undercooked and the sevruga caviar we ordered turned out to be lumpfish. Which we did not eat. We intended to take all the food to our home with the lobster, which we were going to cook to make it suitable to eat, but when we arrived home discovered that our food had not been unloaded from the plane. The only thing we ate on the plane was a small piece of the lobster.

WE were told to go to First Aviation Services terminal at Teterboro but our plane was at another terminal so we wasted over 45 minutes trying to find our aircraft and our agent was not at all helpful. In fact he told us someone was coming to pick us up and they never came and we had to find someone to help us get to the terminal our plane was located at. The agent asked us for our rental car info but when we landed in Naples the rental car was not at the terminal and we had to find a ride over to the other side of the air field to get our rental car. The flight was great but the handling of the pre and post flight were below normal and not what I am used to when I fly private.

It was all great. The only problem even though the rental car was right there waiting for us, it had a terrible stale cigarette odor which was most uncomfortable for our journey home. That's not your fault but I would never rent from Hertz again.

Everything was lovely, no hiccups. One piece of advice, when travelling to Turks and Caicos, make sure you have a clear address for your destination. The customs officer held us for twenty-five minutes trying to figure out where we were staying. That was a little frustrating, but it all worked out. We will most definitely use Stratos for our next trip.

Stratos helped us make an amazing memory … I flew my elderly parents (90+ years old) from SC to PA for the day to spend time with our entire family.
